ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow us 2-4 business days to process your order. You can expect an email within 2-4 days letting you know your order is on the way!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We currently are unable to accept returns on most of our items, due to hygiene reasons.
However, in the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@strawberryclub.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
